Welcome to MS Symptom Medication AI Tracker (“the App”). By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

This App is designed for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who wish to track their symptoms and medications. The App offers a feature that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate summaries based on user-entered health data. The purpose of this App is solely to demonstrate the developer’s skills in software development and AI integration. It is not a commercial or medical product.

2. Not Medical Advice

The content generated by the App, including AI-generated summaries, is for informational and reflective purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be relied upon for medical decision-making. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your treatment, medications, or healthcare routines.

3. Confidentiality and Data Handling

Your privacy is important. The following types of data are collected and stored:

  • Symptom and medication logs
  • Email address
  • Encrypted password

All personal data is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties. Reasonable technical safeguards are in place to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and by using the App, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

This App is the intellectual property of the developer and is provided for demonstration purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:
